Ingredients:
Zucchini, halved

1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the middle to create a “boat” shape. Dice the scooped-out zucchini flesh and set aside for later use.
Place the zucchini boats on the prepared baking sheet. Season each boat with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder according to your taste preferences.
