Keto Chicken Taco Chili Stuffed Jalapenos
**So I had leftovers and decided to get creative; this recipe is for a whole crockpot of chicken taco chili (about 4-5 servings)
Ingredients for chili:

Chicken (1 lb)

Keto tomato sauce (I used Rao’s about 10 oz)

Chicken broth (about 7 oz)

Taco Seasoning Packet

1 bell pepper, chopped

1-2 jalapenos, chopped

3 oz Cream cheese
Ingredients for the rest:

4 Jalapenos
-
Sour cream
-
Cilantro
-
Taco cheese
Method: add sauces, taco seasoning, and chopped veggies to crockpot, mix around well, add 1 lb chicken (uncooked), cook on low 4 hours, take out the chicken and shred up with fork, place shredded chicken back in the crockpot and cook on low another hour, Add cream cheese last 30 minutes
Cut 4 jalapenos in half, take seeds and insides out, stuff with said chili, add taco cheese on top bake on 400 for about 8 minutes, top with cilantro
