Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Walnuts
  • Peanuts

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and coconut oil. Microwave in short bursts until the mixture is melted and smooth, stirring between each burst to ensure even melting.
  2. Once melted, stir in the unsweetened cocoa powder until well combined. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed, but remember that it’s supposed to be a bit bitter to balance the sweetness of the berries and nuts.
