Keto Cheddar and Pepper Bacon Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 cheddar cheese sticks (or slices of cheddar cheese)
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Toothpicks

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet or the bottom of a heavy pan. Season both sides of each chicken breast with ground black pepper and a pinch of salt.
- Place two cheddar cheese sticks (or cheddar cheese slices) onto each chicken breast, closer to one end.
- Carefully roll up each chicken breast, starting from the end with the cheese sticks, and secure with toothpicks to hold them in place.
- Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, making sure to cover the entire surface of the chicken.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the wrapped chicken breasts seam side down to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken wraps to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Once done, remove the toothpicks from the chicken wraps and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Slice the chicken wraps into rounds and serve hot
