Ingredients:

For Fried Pickles:

  • 1 jar of dill pickle chips (look for ones without added sugar)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

For Ranch Dip:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the pickle chips and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream to make an egg wash.
  4. In another shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  5. Dip each pickle chip into the egg wash, shaking off any excess, then coat it in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
