Keto Chocolate Chia Pudding
ON Gold Standard protein powder (chocolate flavor), 3 scoops
Silk unsweetened almond milk, 3 cups
Nutiva black chia seeds, 12 tbsp
Trader Joe’s hemp seeds, 3 tbsp
Walnuts, 1/2 cup (chunky pieces are better)
cinnamon + cardamom to taste
Whisk protein powder into almond milk, then add chia seeds and let sit for 10-15 min. Whisk in hemp seeds, walnuts if desired, and cinnamon & cardamom.
I make this the day ahead, and pour into 1-cup mason jars and stick in the fridge overnight to let it firm up more. This recipe makes 4 servings, at a little more than 1 cup per serving.
