Instructions:

  1. Begin by melting the Lily’s chocolate chips and coconut oil together. You can do this using a double boiler or by microwaving in short bursts, stirring frequently until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Once the chocolate and coconut oil are melted and well combined, stir in the dry roasted peanuts. Mix until all the peanuts are evenly coated in the chocolate mixture.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Pour the chocolate peanut mixture onto the foil-lined sheet, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  4. Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator and let it chill until the chocolate is solidified, usually for about 1-2 hours.
  5. Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the cookie sheet from the refrigerator. Use a knife or your hands to break the chocolate peanut mixture into clusters of your desired size.
  6. Transfer the clusters into a freezer bag or airtight container. Store them in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.
