Creamy Cheesy Beefy Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 16-ounce bag of frozen broccoli
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onions and minced garlic until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent, about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain the fat, if necessary, and set aside.
  3. Cook the broccoli according to the package directions, then drain well.
