  • 1 container (about 6 oz) fresh spinach
  • 1 jar (about 12 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cooked bacon (optional, crumbled for topping)
