Steamed in Foil packs!!!
2 lbs Brussels (cleaned & stemmed)
4 oz Butter (I use grass-fed Irish Butter)
2 Tbls minced garlic
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt & pepper to taste

Double layer 2 pieces of Aluminum foil & double layer another 2 pieces of Aluminum foil
Spray with nonstick spray(I use olive oil spray)
Layer Brussels in a single-ish layer, cube butter and lay on top sprinkle with garlic and seasonings lay 2nd piece of aluminum foil on top and wrap edges tightly so the will not come apart.
Cook on grill (top rack) or on low for 30 to 40 mins or until desired doneness flipping once or twice be careful when opening the steam will be hot
