Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Keto-friendly bread (such as almond flour bread or cloud bread)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- Optional: add-ins like cooked bacon, sliced avocado, or tomato slices

Instructions:
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheeses.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of Keto-friendly bread.
- Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, onto the preheated skillet or griddle.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of the cheese mixture evenly over the bread slices in the skillet.
- If using any add-ins, place them on top of the cheese.
- Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing up.
- Cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Once both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove the sandwiches from the skillet or griddle.
