How to prepare:
To prepare the chicken in a keto-friendly way that mimics the Kentucky Fried Chicken, the original and secret recipe, you must follow all of the following steps:
First, wash the chicken well with water, vinegar, lemon and salt, and cut it into 8 equal-sized pieces.
Then we put the chicken in a large bowl with a quarter cup of water and sprinkle all the spices on it.
After that, we marinate the chicken for at least two hours in the refrigerator so that the spices are well absorbed.
