- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8-10 pepperoni slices
- Parchment paper

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will help prevent the cheese from sticking to the baking sheet and make it easier to remove the chips later.
- Forming the Cheese Chips:
- Take small mounds of shredded mozzarella (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on the parchment paper, leaving enough space between them to allow for spreading during baking.
- Flatten each mound of cheese into a thin, even layer to form your “chips.”

Allow them to sit undisturbed for about 10 minutes; this will give them time to set and become even crunchier.
- Remove Excess Oil: Dab the chips with a napkin or paper towel to remove any excess oil that may have rendered from the pepperoni. This step can help make the chips less greasy.
