  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • Lettuce leaves
  • Mayo

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle maker. If you’re using a Dash brand waffle maker from Amazon, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for preheating.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, almond flour, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Once the waffle maker is heated, pour half of the chaffle batter onto the waffle maker.
  4. Close the lid and cook the chaffle for 4-5 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness. Repeat with the remaining batter to make another chaffle.
  5. While the chaffles are cooking, prepare your toppings. Slice the grilled chicken breast into strips and set aside. Also, wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
