Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg

  • Rao’s pizza sauce (Walmart) – 3g carbs per serving
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Hormel Turkey pepperoni
  • Basil (for sprinkling)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30-50 seconds until melted, then stir until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the almond flour and egg to the melted cheese mixture. Knead and work the dough until it is well combined and forms a smooth ball.
  2. Form the Pizza Crust:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Spread the dough evenly onto a pizza pan, forming your desired crust thickness. Use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten and shape the dough.
