  • 3 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted, softened
  • 1/2 cup Lakanto monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the softened butter and sweetener until well combined.
