Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of Palmini noodles (or any other low-carb pasta substitute)
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Pink salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (look for a low-carb version or make your own)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella, Parmesan, or a blend)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Palmini noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey with minced garlic until the turkey is browned and cooked through. Season with pink salt to taste.
  3. Add the bacon bits to the skillet with the cooked ground turkey and garlic. Stir to combine and cook for another minute or until the bacon is heated through.
  4. Pour the Alfredo sauce into the skillet with the turkey and bacon mixture. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes to heat through.
  5. Add the cooked Palmini noodles to the skillet with the turkey Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
