1.25 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 softened cream cheese
2 cans of Green Beans
Italian seasonings to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Mexican blended cheese (or shred your own)
6 to 8 slices of provolone cheese
Brown ground beef, drain off 90% of grease, add in spices, sour cream and cream cheese (blend well), then add Mexican cheese blend, broth and green beans. Simmer until broth is cooked down, top with provolone and cook on broil until cheese is melted and browning.
