Quick Keto Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapenos (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 8×4-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter until well combined.
- Add the egg and butter mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until you have a smooth batter.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapenos, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes.
- Once cooled slightly, transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
