Quick Keto Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapenos (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 8×4-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Add the egg and butter mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapenos, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes.
  9. Once cooled slightly, transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
