So proud of these fluffy pancakes!

Used this recipe and a pancake mould and turned out to be one of the best pancakes I’ve had!

Makes 3 fluffy pancakes:

4oz (115g) Cream Cheese 4 Large Eggs 2 tsp Sweetener 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 4 Tbsp Coconut Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder dash Cinnamon dash of unsweetened coconut milk (if it looks too dry)

Just mix together, pour in mould and fry on low heat!

Approximately 280kcals and 4g net carbs per slice.
