  • 4-6 hot dogs (choose ones with lower carb counts or use turkey or chicken sausages)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until they become soft and translucent.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer the chili for about 10-15 minutes to let the flavors meld and the sauce thicken.
