Keto Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure there are no clumps, especially if your almond flour has been stored in the freezer.
  3. Once the dry ingredients are thoroughly combined, add the sour cream, melted butter, and eggs to the bowl. Mix everything together until completely incorporated and a smooth batter forms.
  4. Grease a muffin pan or line it with muffin liners. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Once baked, remove the biscuits from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
