Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly with butter.
  2. Prepare the batter: In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. Add the melted butter and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Gradually add the almond flour, garlic powder, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is well incorporated and forms a thick batter.
  4. Mix in cheese: Fold in the shredded cheese into the batter until evenly distributed. You can adjust the amount of cheese according to your preference for cheesiness.
  5. Shape the dough: Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula or your hands to spread the dough into a rectangular shape, about ½ inch thick.
  6. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the bread is cooked through.
  7. Cool and slice: Once baked, remove the cheesy garlic bread from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Then, use a sharp knife to slice the bread into individual servings.
  8. Serve: Serve the keto cheesy garlic bread warm as a delicious side dish or snack. Enjoy
