Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of canned chicken (12.5 oz each), drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (sugar-free if possible)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6-8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Optional toppings: sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, sliced red onions, sliced olives

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained canned chicken, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet or pizza stone, shaping it into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick. You can use your hands or a spatula to smooth it out.
  4. Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the crust is firm to the touch.
  5. Once the crust is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ranch dressing.
  8. Scatter the crumbled bacon evenly over the cheese.
  9. If desired, add any optional toppings of your choice.
  10. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
