Keto Crispy Ham Rolls


For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, or dill)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Rolls:

  • 8-10 slices of thinly sliced ham or prosciutto


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Lay out the slices of ham or prosciutto on a clean surface.
  3. Take a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and spread it evenly onto each slice of ham.
  4. Carefully roll up each slice of ham, starting from one end and rolling it tightly around the cream cheese filling.
  5. Once all the ham rolls are assembled, you can serve them immediately, or for an extra crispy texture, you can heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place the ham rolls, seam side down, onto the skillet. Cook for a few minutes on each side until the ham is crispy and slightly browned. This step is optional, and you can skip it if you prefer your rolls cold.
  7. Remove the ham rolls from the skillet and let them cool slightly before serving.
  8. You can serve the Keto Crispy Ham Rolls as an appetizer or snack. You might also consider adding some additional fresh herbs for garnish.
