Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. For the Almond-Chocolate Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, almond meal, unsweetened cocoa powder, and powdered erythritol. Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner, creating a crust. Pre-bake for about 7 minutes, then allow them to cool completely.
