Ingredients:

- 2 ounces of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sweetener (such as powdered erythritol or powdered Monk Fruit)

Instructions:
- Start by selecting a microwave-safe mug or cup, preferably one with a capacity of at least 12 ounces to allow room for the cake to rise while cooking.
- Place 1 tablespoon of butter in the mug and microwave it for about 20 seconds or until the butter is fully melted.
- Remove the mug from the microwave and swirl the melted butter around the sides of the mug to prevent sticking.
- In the mug with the melted butter, add 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Use a fork or a small whisk to beat the egg and vanilla together until well combined.
