Keto Egg Cups

  • Eggs (usually 6-12, depending on how many egg cups you want to make)
  • Keto-friendly ingredients for flavor and texture (examples: cooked bacon, cooked sausage, diced vegetables like bell peppers, spinach, grated cheese, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: herbs and spices for added flavor (such as chives, paprika, garlic powder)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups to prevent sticking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together until well combined. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional herbs or spices.
  4. Distribute your chosen keto-friendly ingredients evenly among the muffin cups. You can mix and match ingredients based on your preferences.
  5. Pour the whisked eggs over the ingredients in each muffin cup, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Gently stir the ingredients in each muffin cup to ensure even distribution of eggs and ingredients.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for around 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tops are slightly golden.
  8. Remove the egg cups from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
