Keto Egg Cups
- Eggs (usually 6-12, depending on how many egg cups you want to make)
- Keto-friendly ingredients for flavor and texture (examples: cooked bacon, cooked sausage, diced vegetables like bell peppers, spinach, grated cheese, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: herbs and spices for added flavor (such as chives, paprika, garlic powder)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together until well combined. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional herbs or spices.
- Distribute your chosen keto-friendly ingredients evenly among the muffin cups. You can mix and match ingredients based on your preferences.
- Pour the whisked eggs over the ingredients in each muffin cup, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Gently stir the ingredients in each muffin cup to ensure even distribution of eggs and ingredients.
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for around 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tops are slightly golden.
- Remove the egg cups from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
