Ingredients: For the cake base:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, powdered erythritol, baking powder, and salt for the cake base.
  3. Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
