Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk (unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk for a keto-friendly option)
  • 6 large eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (about 390°F). Grease a bread loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, butter, cream cheese, a pinch of baking powder, milk, and eggs.
  3. Blend the ingredients together until you have a smooth and thick batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared bread loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Place the bread loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Once done, remove the keto bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes.
