- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare your filling ingredients by selecting your preferred shaved sandwich meat and shredding the cheese.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
