Ingredients
▢1 pound Ground Pork
▢2 cloves Garlic crushed
▢2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
▢1 tablespoon Sweet Paprika
▢1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
▢2 teaspoons Salt
▢1 teaspoon Pepper coarsely ground
▢½ teaspoon Ground Fennel
▢½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
▢¼ teaspoon Dried Thyme
▢¼ teaspoon Dried Rosemary
▢¼ teaspoon Ground Sage
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
1 pound Ground Pork,2 cloves Garlic,2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar,1 tablespoon Sweet Paprika,1 tablespoon Parsley,2 teaspoons Salt,1 teaspoon Pepper,½ teaspoon Ground Fennel,½ teaspoon Dried Oregano,¼ teaspoon Dried Thyme,¼ teaspoon Dried Rosemary,¼ teaspoon Ground Sage
Sit in the fridge covered until ready to use. Store for maximun of 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 Months. The longer it sits the more the herbsa n spice will infuse.
Notes
We make this in bulk and separate it into 500g portions to freeze.
Great for bolognese, meatballs, and burger patties. Let your imagination run wild.
