- 12 mozzarella string cheese sticks
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying (preferably avocado oil or coconut oil)

Instructions:
- Prepare the breading station: In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the mozzarella sticks in half so you have 24 shorter sticks.
