Keto Nutella to go with tomorrow’s Vanilla protein pancakes


6oz Hazelnuts (if raw just bake @350 for 10 minutes then rub hazelnuts to get most of the skin off)

2 tbsp coconut oil (heat until liquid)

2 tbsp your choice of Keto Sweetener (I used Splenda)

2 tbsp Cocoa Powder

~2tsp vanilla (didn’t really measure, just poured a bit in)

Pinch of Salt

Roast hazelnuts if starting from raw

Blend hazelnuts in food processor

Add liquified coconut oil to make a “butter-like” substance

Add the other ingredients & blend some more
