Ingredients:
- 1 low-carb tortilla (choose a keto-friendly brand)
- 1 tsp light olive oil
- 2 tsp sugar-free pizza sauce (no added sugar)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim)
- 6-8 slices of pepperoni (look for sugar-free and nitrate-free options)
- 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a small drizzle of light olive oil.
