Keto Philly Cheesesteak Sliders Recipe
These sliders make for a delicious low-carb meal that captures the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak.
Ingredients:
For Keto Dinner Rolls:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sour cream
For Philly Cheesesteak Sliders:
- 1 lb shaved ribeye
- 1/2 lb deli-sliced provolone cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 large white onion, thinly sliced
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
For Keto Dinner Rolls:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and sour cream.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Grease a 10.5″ cast-iron skillet and spread the dough evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Allow to cool, then carefully slice into 12 rolls.
For Philly Cheesesteak Sliders:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large 10.5″ cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the shaved ribeye to the skillet and brown for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet with the steak. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the peppers and onions are soft. Season with salt to taste.
- Carefully slice the pre-baked keto dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves back into the skillet.
- Spoon the beef, pepper, and onion mixture onto the bottom layer of the rolls.
- Top the beef mixture with deli-sliced provolone cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. If the tops of the rolls start to brown too quickly, cover with foil.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders.
