Ingredients:
- 4 large zucchinis, halved lengthwise
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a leaner option)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat if desired)
- 1 cup sugar-free or low-carb tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
- Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
