Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Rao’s pizza sauce (or any low-carb pizza sauce)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the Italian Sausage:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and cooked through. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  • Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside.

3. Prepare the Casserole:
