Keto Broccoli Pizza Chaffles

Ingredients:
For the Chaffle:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pinch of garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Toppings:
- Additional mozzarella cheese
- Grilled chicken, cooked and diced
- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Broccoli, steamed and chopped
- Alfredo sauce

Instructions:
- Prepare the Chaffle Batter:
- In a bowl, mix together 1 egg, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, a pinch of garlic powder, and 1/8 tsp of Italian seasoning.
- Cook the Chaffles:
- Preheat your chaffle maker.
- Pour half of the batter into the chaffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Repeat for the second chaffle.
- Prepare Toppings:

- Finish Cooking:
- You can finish cooking the pizza in one of the following ways:
- Microwave for 30-45 seconds for a quick option.
- Place in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and toppings are heated through.
- Use an air fryer at 400°F for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chaffle is crispy.
