Keto Broccoli Pizza Chaffles

This keto pizza chaffle is a delicious low-carb alternative, and the air fryer method adds that extra crispiness. Enjoy your keto-friendly pizza creation!

Ingredients:

For the Chaffle:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Toppings:

  • Additional mozzarella cheese
  • Grilled chicken, cooked and diced
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Broccoli, steamed and chopped
  • Alfredo sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chaffle Batter:
    • In a bowl, mix together 1 egg, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, a pinch of garlic powder, and 1/8 tsp of Italian seasoning.
  2. Cook the Chaffles:
    • Preheat your chaffle maker.
    • Pour half of the batter into the chaffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Repeat for the second chaffle.
  3. Prepare Toppings:
    • While the chaffles are cooking, prepare the toppings.
    • Cook and dice grilled chicken, cook and crumble bacon, and steam and chop broccoli.
  4. Assemble the Pizza:
    • Once the chaffles are done, top each with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce.
    • Add a layer of mozzarella cheese and distribute the grilled chicken, bacon, and broccoli evenly.
  5. Finish Cooking:
    • You can finish cooking the pizza in one of the following ways:
      • Microwave for 30-45 seconds for a quick option.
      • Place in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and toppings are heated through.
      • Use an air fryer at 400°F for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chaffle is crispy.
  6. Serve and Enjoy:
