Keto Pizza Chips



  • Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Pepperoni Slices (about 2 per chip)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Dried Oregano

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Muffin Tin:
    • Grease or line a muffin tin with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Create the Pizza Chips:
    • In each muffin cup, add a small pile of shredded mozzarella cheese. The cheese will melt and form the base of your pizza chips, so make sure it’s spread evenly and slightly flattened.
  4. Season the Cheese:
    • Sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder and a dash of red pepper flakes over the mozzarella cheese in each muffin cup. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences; you can add more or less depending on how spicy you like it.
  5. Add Pepperoni:
    • Place two pepperoni slices on top of the seasoned cheese in each muffin cup. You can adjust the number of pepperoni slices based on your preference for a more or less meaty chip.

    • Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 12 minutes or until the edges of the cheese become golden and crispy.
  8. Broil for Extra Crispiness:
    • If desired, you can broil the pizza chips for an additional 1-2 minutes at the end to achieve extra crispiness. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
  9. Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the pizza chips to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes to firm up. Once they are easy to handle, remove them from the tin and let them cool further on a wire rack.
  10. Dip and Enjoy:
    • Serve your keto pizza chips with your favorite dipping sauce. Marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or a garlic aioli are excellent choices.
