Here’s a detailed recipe for Keto Tortilla Pizzas:

Ingredients:

  • Mission whole wheat low-carb tortillas
  • Good & Gather tomato sauce (or any low-carb tomato sauce)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried parsley
  • Dried basil
  • Red chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare the Tortillas:

  • Place the Mission whole wheat low-carb tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
