An search for “fat bombs” will show you a dizzying array of recipes, both sweet and savoury, ranging in flavours from chocolate to bacon.
Fat bombs are the perfect mid-day snack, on-the-go breakfast, post-workout snack, or keto-flu cure. Anytime you need some extra fuel — aka, fat — in your system, fat bombs are a perfect solution.
But I can’t just tell you what ketogenic fat bombs are without also telling you how to make them!
So this article is a bit longer, but it covers what are ketogenic fat bombs, and 3 easy steps for making keto fat bombs.
I was playing around with a recipe I found with what I had on hand and I swear these taste like oatmeal cookies. They’re not super high in fat compared to other recipes, but they’re so good.

Ingredients

130g pecans

1/4 C butter, room temp

1/4 C coconut oil, melted

3 TBS Erythritol or other keto friendly sweetener (granulated)

2 tsp vanilla extract

Grind pecans in food processor until crumb sized.

Add all other ingredients and puree until smooth and a paste forms.

Spoon into ice tray or mold and freeze for thirty minutes.

Keep refrigerated. They will get soft at room temperature.
