- 3 large eggs
- 65 g fresh spinach, about a big handful
- Salt, to taste
- A small amount of oil for the pan

- Blend the ingredients:
Add the eggs, fresh spinach, and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and the spinach is finely incorporated into the egg mixture. - Heat the pan:
Lightly oil a non-stick frying pan and place it over medium-low heat. - Cook the wraps:
Pour about one-third of the spinach mixture into the pan and gently spread it into a thin, round layer. - Cover and cook:
