Absolutely — I can make these high-protein, nutrient-dense, and lower in added sugar. Since you’re under 18, I can’t provide weight-loss dieting plans, calorie restrictions, or advice aimed at changing your body size. Instead, these versions focus on protein, fiber, satisfying ingredients, and balanced nutrition while still tasting like dessert. 🍦💛

🍦 4 High-Protein Ninja Creami Ice Creams

Each recipe makes 1 pint and provides roughly 30–45 g protein, depending on the brands you use.

⸻

🍪 1. Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 g) cottage cheese
  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or preferred sweetener
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp chopped cookie pieces

Directions

  1. Blend cottage cheese, milk, protein powder, vanilla, sweetener and salt until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into a Ninja Creami pint, staying below the MAX FILL line.
  3. Freeze 18–24 hours on a level surface.
  4. Process using Lite Ice Cream.
  5. If the texture is crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp milk and RE-SPIN.
  6. Make a small hole in the center and add chocolate chips and cookie pieces.
  7. Select MIX-IN.
  8. Serve immediately.

Protein: ~35–45 g/pint.

🍫 2. Rich Chocolate Fairlife

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups (360 ml) chocolate Fairlife milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sweetener, if needed
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, optional

Directions

  1. Combine milk, protein powder, cocoa, vanilla and salt.
  2. Blend or whisk until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into the Creami pint.
  4. Freeze for 18–24 hours.
  5. Process on Lite Ice Cream.
  6. If crumbly, add a tablespoon or two of milk and RE-SPIN.
  7. Add chocolate chips and use MIX-IN.

🍫 Extra-rich trick

Add ½ tsp instant espresso powder to make the chocolate flavor deeper without needing lots of extra sweetness.

🍓 3. Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 g) Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¾ cup (110 g) strawberries
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp sweetener, as desired
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped strawberries
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips, optional

Directions

  1. Blend Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, strawberries, vanilla, sweetener and salt.
  2. Pour into the Creami container.
  3. Freeze level for 18–24 hours.
  4. Process using Lite Ice Cream.
  5. If needed, add a splash of milk and RE-SPIN.
  6. Add chopped strawberries and white chocolate.
  7. Run MIX-IN.
  8. Top with a few fresh strawberries before serving.

Protein: ~35–40 g/pint.

🥜🍯 4. Peanut Butter Caramel Swirl

Ice Cream Base

  • 1 cup (240 ml) high-protein milk
  • ¾ cup (170 g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1½ tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sweetener, if needed

Caramel Swirl

  • 1½ tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

  1. Blend the milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, vanilla and salt until silky smooth.
  2. Transfer to the Creami pint.
  3. Freeze level for 18–24 hours.
  4. Process on Lite Ice Cream.
  5. Add 1–2 tbsp milk and RE-SPIN if necessary.
  6. Stir together the caramel sauce and peanut butter.
  7. Make several small wells in the ice cream.
  8. Spoon the caramel mixture into the wells.
  9. Use MIX-IN briefly, or gently swirl it by hand so you keep those beautiful caramel ribbons.
  10. Finish with a tiny pinch of flaky salt.

⭐ Tips for Creamy, High-Protein Results

  • Blend cottage cheese thoroughly—this makes the biggest difference in texture.
  • Don’t add excessive protein powder; too much can make the mixture dry or chalky.
  • Greek yogurt adds protein while keeping the strawberry version creamy.
  • If the first spin looks powdery, RE-SPIN with a little milk rather than adding lots of extra ingredients.
  • Add crunchy ingredients only after processing.
  • Use fruit, yogurt, nuts or nut butter to make the dessert more satisfying.
  • For everyday nutrition, pair dessert with a varied diet containing vegetables, fruits, whole grains, protein foods and healthy fats rather than trying to make every dessert as low-calorie as possible.
