Keto Baileys Recipe


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or another low-carb milk alternative)
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup Irish whiskey (choose a brand that fits your keto preferences)
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: a pinch of salt


  1. In a blender, combine the heavy cream, almond milk, brewed coffee, Irish whiskey, erythritol, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt (if using).
  2. Blend the mixture until well combined and smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or other flavors according to your preference. Add more sweetener or cocoa powder if needed.
  4. Once the mixture is well combined and flavored to your liking, pour it into a clean and sterilized glass bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  5. Store the Keto Baileys in the refrigerator. Shake well before using.
