Keto Cheese Bread with Hamburger, Salsa, and Jalapeños

For the Cheese Bread:

  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • A handful of Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Toppings:

  • 1 pound ground beef (preferably lean)
  • 1 cup salsa (sugar-free, low-carb)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
  • Fresh jalapeños, sliced (adjust according to your spice preference)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Make the Cheese Bread:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients well until you have a uniform mixture.

3. Bake the Cheese Bread:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it to prevent sticking.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, creating a rectangular shape.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is set.

4. Cook the Ground Beef:

  • While the cheese bread is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
