Keto Cheese Scones

Ingredients:

100g almond flour
50g grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp double cream

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated cheddar cheese, eggs, baking powder, and double cream. Mix everything together until well combined.

Scoop the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, dividing it into scone-sized portions.

Flatten each portion slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon to form a scone shape.
