Keto Cheddar Chips

Ingredients:

Sliced sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Take slices of sharp cheddar cheese and quarter them into smaller pieces.

Place the quartered cheese pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure to space them apart to allow for spreading.

Bake the cheese slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown around the edges. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

Once crispy, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cheddar chips cool for a few minutes.

If desired, sprinkle paprika on top of the chips for added flavor. This step is optional and can be adjusted according to personal preference.
