Keto Broccoli and Cheddar Soup with Bacon

Ingredients:

4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups finely chopped broccoli
6 slices thick-cut bacon, diced
1 cup Ragu cheddar cheese sauce
1 cup cheddar jack cheese, diced
Onion powder, garlic powder, restaurant-style pepper, and salt to taste

Instructions:

In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat until simmering.

Add the heavy whipping cream to the pot and stir to combine.

Stir in the finely chopped broccoli and let it cook in the broth and cream mixture until tender, about 8-10 minutes.

In a separate skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Once cooked, remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

Once the broccoli is tender, add the cooked bacon to the pot of soup.

Stir in the Ragu cheddar cheese sauce until it’s fully incorporated into the soup and heated through.

Add the diced cheddar jack cheese to the pot and stir until melted and creamy.

Season the soup with onion powder, garlic powder, restaurant-style pepper, and salt to taste. Adjust seasoning according to preference, keeping in mind to read labels for hidden ingredients.
